How much is the deposit?
The reservation deposit is £250 (or 10% of the vehicle price, whichever is greater). This is fully refundable within 7 days if you change your mind.
How long is the vehicle reserved for?
Once your deposit is received, the vehicle is exclusively reserved for you for 14 days. This gives us time to arrange finance, delivery, or collection.
Can I get my deposit back?
Yes! Your deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of paying. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable but can be applied to the vehicle purchase.
What if I need finance?
We’ll help you apply for finance during the reservation period. Your deposit secures the vehicle while we sort out finance approval.
Can I inspect the vehicle first?
Absolutely! We encourage all customers to inspect their vehicle. This can be done at our showroom or via detailed video walkaround.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept bank transfer, cash and other customized mobile payment options to ease payment. Full payment is due on collection or delivery.
Do I have to buy after reserving?
No. The reservation gives you priority access but you can back out within 7 days for a full refund. After that, the deposit is non-refundable.
Can I reserve more than one vehicle?
One vehicle per customer at a time. You can reserve another after your current reservation is finalized or cancelled.
